Since we as non-medical practitioners are not allowed to treat viral diseases, in accordance with the German Protection against Infection Act, we ask you to contact your general practitioner’s office by telephone if you suspect a viral infection.

We are happy to be there for you in this exceptional situation. You can also contact us by telephone beforehand to describe your complaints.

Tips for strengthening the general immune system:

1. Drink a sip of still water every hour.
2. Start every morning with an oil extraction cure.
   Take a tablespoonful of good organic oil (sunflower, olive, sesame, linseed and coconut oil) in your mouth for about 5 to 20 minutes and move the oil back and forth in your mouth. Moving back and forth in the mouth produces saliva, which absorbs bacteria and toxins from the tongue and gums and binds them.
3. Use a tongue scraper after brushing your teeth.
4. Take vitamin C daily, e.g. in the form of juices, fruits or vitamin capsules.
5. Use a Chinese herbal formula that has been used for centuries in Asia to boost the immune system and ward off infections. As each herbal recipe is prepared individually, we have to have a detailed conversation and need pictures of your tongue.
