Breuß Massage
The Breuß massage is a gentle and energising spinal regeneration massage named after Rudolf Breuß.
The Austrian naturopath Rudolf Breuß (1899-1990) developed this special massage technique to target overloaded spinal discs.
It involves slow movements with low pressure and uses St. John's wort oil. It is ideally combined with Dorn Therapy as a pre- or post-treatment therapy.
